Our Operations Management Trainees assist as the point of contact for our telecommunications customer accounts- initiating, maintaining, and sustaining relationships with each to bolster ROI and revenue.
Internally, we focus on the growth and development of our Operations Management Trainees. Given the growth we have seen over the last few months, we are seeking someone who can start with us at entry level but is invested in the long-term benefits of organic growth with a company. Operations Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Execute engagement strategy, connect with potential customer accounts, and educate them on their product inquiry and the added benefits of telecommunications services
- Be a product expert to provide consistent and straightforward customer service
- Negotiate telecommunications inquiries with precision, while assisting with any additional customer objections
- Develop an understanding of the local market region to generate more relevant marketing and sales strategies for client products
- Work with the sales team and other Operations Management Trainees to determine how client qualifications and protocols can be adequately conveyed to the local community
- Eagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges
What We Are Looking For In Our Next Operations Management Trainee:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related field is highly encouraged
- Exemplary communication skills and negotiation tactics
- Impeccable time management skills and the ability to adapt to many situations
- Discipline to self-dedication to constant learning and improvement
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Approachable, friendly, and positive demeanor while working with Operations Management Trainees and customers
