TechINT Solutions Group is currently seeking a Functional Specialist to join our Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) - Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) contract as the Operational Evaluations Team Lead in Fort Belvoir, VA. Job# TI1364
Job Description
Responsible for providing advice to program planning and execution, providing expertise to training initiatives, and reviewing, providing advice on acquisition packages and performer execution reviews, and develop, write, and edit formal and informal reports and communications documenting or advertising CTR progress. Desire former experience with DOS, DoD, or DTRA CTR-like programs.
The OE Team Lead serves as lead A&AS support to the Government Operational Evaluation Lead, and is directly responsible for overseeing a team of A&AS Analysts. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring all deliverables within the team meet quality and schedule requirements. The successful candidate will be able to lead a range of activities including interagency planning, coordinating multiple projects, managing and utilizing staff resources to ensure team success, and generally supporting the Government Lead and a team of Technical Subject Matter Experts through a variety of tasks. Must have a diverse skillset, with expertise in areas including project management; quality assurance; knowledge management; and logistics support.

Minimum 3 years of experience and a BA/BS.
Must be willing to travel on short (1-2 week) trips throughout the year.

Duties include
- Serve as the Senior Advisor to the Operational Evaluation Government Lead
- Leads development and delivery of briefs for senior DoD and USG interagency officials.
- Supervise the collection and analysis of information, consult on courses of action, draft or edit or provide inputs for briefing materials, talking points, and support discussions as tasked.
- Lead discussions and meetings by scheduling meetings or calls, developing agendas, reference materials, taking notes and tracking action items.
- Make logistics arrangements through the contract or other providers, troubleshoot issues as they arise, submit documents for translation submit procurement requests for supplies as needed for OEs.
- Lead the collection and consolidation of notes and observations during/after OE Trips.
- Coordinate the logistical support during assessment execution and confirming plans and schedules with stakeholders, hotels, facilitators, transportation providers, drivers, interpreters, etc.
