Position Description:
You'll play a pivotal role in our team, collaborating with leaders to design and deliver training programs aligned with departmental policies and procedures. Working closely with our clinical educator, you'll ensure that our training initiatives uphold program integrity and consistency.
Essential Functions:
Training Program Development:
Partner with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
Develop and update engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
Create interactive training sessions that support organizational goals and objectives.
Training Delivery:
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for employees at all levels, utilizing both in-person and virtual platforms.
Employ various training methods, such as lectures, demonstrations, and simulations, to enhance learning effectiveness.
Adapt training delivery to cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
Content Management:
Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, integrating them into training content as necessary.
Establish a system for tracking employee progress and training completion.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure training programs adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies.
Conduct assessments to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Provide feedback to management on employee performance and training outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through training initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements identified during training sessions.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in training and development.
Leadership Assistance:
Assist leadership in evaluating new employees during the introductory period.
Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
Occasionally conduct weekend training sessions as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in operations or healthcare.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Certifications in training and development are a plus.
Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of training experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and various medical management software systems.
Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies and productivity standards.
