Operations Director at Wilbur Packing Co.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR: needed to help oversee prune and walnut plants, in addition to all day to day activities. Will ensure plants run smoothly while developing long-term strategies to maximize productivity and performance. Assist with annual budget development and long term strategic planning including staffing, fixed asset acquisition and continual operational improvement. Supervise and direct (including but not limited to): administrative, office, accounting functions and logistic/shipping. Must have knowledge of financial & managerial accounting and full cycle accounting. Knowledge of HR laws and practices a plus. Must live locally.
