As an Operations Director, you'll work alongside the Operator and the rest of Director Team to set and communicate clear direction for 100+ team members, develop a business plan for your area, build systems and processes to ensure an excellent customer experience, and help develop leaders in the restaurant. Directors are expected to work 40-50 hours each week, including most Saturdays and open/close at least once weekly.

- Previous Leadership/Management Experience
- College Degree or the Equivalent in Relevant Professional Experience

Previous restaurant experience is not necessary. Once you are fully trained, you'll have an opportunity to work alongside our high performance leadership team and "own" a specific area of the business.

Additional Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, 16 years old at time of hire and have a reliable source of transportation.
- Ability to handle all equipment, navigate shelving both high and low and mobility are required during shifts.
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required as well as working well under pressure.
