Job Description:
A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on an Operations Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Custom Catalog and Bin Label program.
Responsibilities:
- Support and fulfill sales tickets as they are entered into the system
- Create custom catalogs in PDF format
- Create bin labels
- Order bin boxes
- Print, bind, and mail custom catalogs to customers
Process flow:
Sales rep enters a request in Salesforce (the request will include customer name and time period), Operations Coordinator assigns the request to themselves in Salesforce, Operations Coordinator pulls order history for the specified customer in the time frame provided in SAP, Operations Coordinator exports the file, pulls file into acrobat, creates a PDF, sends the PDF to the nearest FedEx location to the customer, customer picks up the catalog from the store.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- Detail-oriented and collaborative
- Strong written communication skills
- Intermediate in Adobe Acrobat
- Intermediate in Microsoft Excel
