Context:We’re looking for a new Operations Coordinator in our Operations Group to help drive the objectives and challenges our valued clients have trusted us to solve for them.
As a SYSTRA US Operations Coordinator you will join a world-class team of high-performing engineers, designers, drafters and others who work collectively to ensure client projects continue to thrive while remaining on track and budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic reporting: support COO on monthly and quarterly monitoring of MTP10 goals (qualitative and quantitative) by creating a USA dashboard and providing regular updates with trend assessment on each goal
- International production (Interco) coordination along the complete proposal to project lifecycle: provide assessment of potential interco production support to PM/Capture Manager/Sector Leader at proposal stage; coordination with BLP and other BUs to formalize interco production scheme during proposal stage and project including setting up and monitoring Work Orders, WBS etc.; monitoring of Interco budget and deliverables to support PM during project execution
- Support Marketing on multidisciplinary strategic proposals for technical proposal coordination and production (incl. ITS) and cost estimates; main POC for ITS as-needed
- Support the Cost Proposal Manager to optimize cost estimates, identify potential savings/efficiencies, review final cost proposals according to Green Team/CDO recommendations
- Project controls oversight on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to consolidate budget reports, analyze project budget to identify and anticipate potential budget overruns, risks of margin degradation, inefficiencies, etc. supporting the COO and CFO

Profile/Skills:Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 2-5 years of PMO and/or Proposals management experience, Project controls and/or cost proposal experience
- Experience with large projects and proposals in Rail Transit
- International experience in Rail Transit

- Fast learner
- Good communication skills
- Data analytics

Salary Range: $75,042-114,989 USD, SYSTRA USA is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
