Operations Coordinator - Spherion

Spherion Staffing is assisting a growing company located in Fort Myers, FL in their search for an Operations Coordinator. This position will assist with ensuring customers receive their products in a timely and efficient manner, data entry, reviewing orders for accuracy, shipping, managing warranty products and office management tasks. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing, working with little supervision, and must be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Responsibilities:
-Answer and transfer inbound phone calls
-Respond to customer email inquiries and requests
-Assist Sales in triaging leads and processing opportunities
-Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
-Managing shipping, tracking for all outgoing and incoming shipments
-Review and verify order information and shipping points to ensure 100% accuracy
-Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless production to order
fulfillment process
-Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant
problems
-Prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
-Manage office supply inventory and light office management tasks
-Schedule travel arrangements for events
-Receive incoming returns/warranty items and ensure they are managed and tracked
accordingly
-Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
-Handle requests for information and data from the internal team
-Maintain all operations processes to ensure efficiency
-Develop and maintain excellent rapport with customers, both internal and external

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Must be comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization and working cross
functionally
-Ability to pass a national background and drug screening
