Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Operations Coordinator to join our growing consulting company. This early-career role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute across multiple functions, including office logistics, human resources, IT infrastructure, employee travel, sales operations support, and executive administration. This position is an in-person role based in our Elmwood Park, NJ offices.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on new challenges as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Logistics & Coordination:
- Ensure the office operates efficiently, including supplies, space allocation, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with building management for office-related needs and updates.
Human Resources & Personnel Support:
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help resolve basic personnel issues.
IT Logistics & Corporate Infrastructure:
- Support IT logistics, including setting up new employee hardware and software.
- Assist in maintaining IT systems and coordinating with external IT vendors.
Employee Travel Logistics:
- Arrange employee travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Monitor and manage travel expense reports.
Sales Operations Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including tracking sales metrics.
- Help streamline processes to improve efficiency.
Executive Administrative Support:
- Support senior executives with calendar management, meeting preparation, and communications.
- Help organize internal and external meetings and ensure proper documentation.
Client Escalation Assistance:
- Occasionally assist in resolving client concerns, ensuring issues are handled professionally and efficiently.
- 4 Year Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of experience (internships or entry-level roles) in operations, administration, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with basic IT tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
- Tech savvy.
Additional Information
