OPERATIONS COORDINATOR JOB AVAILABLE IN NASHVILLE, TN
Volt is immediately hiring for Operations Coordinator in Nashville, TN
As an Operations Coordinator you will be:
- Review requests for returns.
- Enter Return Material Authorizations (RMA) into ERP
- Coordinate with internal departments including Installation and transportation to facilitate return process, ensuring all products are captured on RMA.
- Monitor and track returns with the distribution center to resolve issues with customer returns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of RMAs, including reasons for returns and documentation.
- Assist more senior associates in a range of activities associated with Operations. This may include investigating canceled jobs for return authorization.
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
This is a Full-time Contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Experience handling inventory/operational tasks.
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23. per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
