About the Job
The company, a successful charter school network in NYC, is looking for temporary Operations Coordinators for their Bronx locations to start on Monday, February 3rd.
- This role is temporary with the opportunity to turn permanent after 1 month.
- The pay rate is $28-$30/hour and you would be overtime eligible.
Requirements:
- You must commit to being onsite at an assigned school 5 days a week between the hours of 7am-5:30pm.
- Before you begin working, you will need to complete and clear a background check and fingerprinting process.
- Must be friendly, approachable, flexible, eager and able to handle different situations with ease.
- This role will require you to be on your feet for most of the day.
Responsibilities:
- Will focus on the operations parts of the school day e.g. helping with breakfast and lunch, opening the doors for recess, helping with the front desk, maintaining all of the floors of the school, calling vendors to fix things that are broken, taking inventory and ordering supplies, assisting with setup for events, helping with the front desk, assisting with drop-offs and pick-ups, etc.
