What you’ll do
- Oversee project coordination
- Manage everything that happens post-contract—permitting, HOA approvals, scheduling, and organizing the production team.
- Track project progress
- Ensure that no details are missed, punch lists are completed, and deadlines are met. You’ll be responsible for making sure that we collect payments quickly and that all projects stay on budget.
- QuickBooks & Bookkeeping
- Handle invoices, vendor payments, and project-related accounting, keeping everything accurate and up to date.
- Team support
- Make sure the production team has the resources they need, and help keep everyone on track with their roles and tasks.
- Vendor & material management
- Ensure that materials are ordered on time, inventory is tracked, and every project is ready to go with everything it needs.
Who you are
- You’re highly organized and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- You’re tech-savvy and love working with tools like QuickBooks Online and spreadsheets to manage and track data.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a knack for finding efficient ways to get things done.
- You thrive on keeping projects and people organized, and you’re a natural leader when it comes to managing deadlines.
- You have experience in bookkeeping and are comfortable working with numbers.

Pay: $53,633.00 - $64,122.00 per year
