What Will You Do?
- You would report to the Director of Operations and work in close collaboration with the executive team.
- You would learn about the daily responsibilities of the Operations Team and assist in terms of logistics, planning, ordering, coordinating, etc...
- Communicate with other stakeholders in other teams regarding your work to ensure consistent understanding and alignment of both schedules and priorities.
- Work to ease the work of the Director of Operations and ensure consistent and continuous operational excellence of the BodySpec mobile fleet.
- You will demonstrate a bias for action, organizing and aligning with cross-functional teams against important decision making initiatives all while leaning in to assist and help out where needed.
Requirements:
- The typical schedule will be Monday through Friday with an on-call weekend rotation to help manage emergency situations or operational needs.
- Must have a valid driver's license and driving record in good standing.
- Must be able to work at the Austin,TX office location.
Compensation:
- The starting pay for the position is $60,000 per year
- Full-time team members also receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals. All goals are designed to be challenging but doable, and we hit all our monthly revenue goals in 2023 except one.
- All team members regardless of status or position are eligible for stock option grants, which are awarded based on performance.
