Job Title: Operations Control Admin

Work Location:  Houston, TX (Remote)

Job Description

• Good Communication skills Written Verbal and Email
• Flexible with the shift timings
• Knowledge in using ticketing tool like Service Now
• Knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tool
• Ready to participate in Corporate initiatives like Shift Left and Automation
• Should have L1 knowledge on Compute Windows Linux Storage Nimble Isilon Backups Acronis and Network Data
• who has monitoring and support experience for network and compute devices (routers, switches, firewall, windows & Linux servers, ESXi hosts, VMware vSphere).
• Should have experience to work with International clients like US UK
• Candidates with experience in working in a command center operations team with basic knowledge of ITIL Processes
• ITIL certification preferable
