OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR
Adagio Health Inc is looking to hire one (1) full-time, strategic, dynamic, and experienced Operations and Compliance Director to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive operational excellence and compliance within a collaborative, diverse, and fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Drive Strategic Improvements: Leverage key performance metrics and analytics to identify improvement areas, implement strategic plans, and support organizational goals.
- Compliance Leadership: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, including Medicaid and HIPAA, and guide teams in understanding and implementing compliance measures.
- Optimize Operational Efficiency: Oversee and enhance supply chain management, including procurement, inventory, and logistics, ensuring smooth, cost-effective operations across the organization.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Serve as a compliance and operations resource, partnering with teams to enhance productivity and organizational efficiency.
- Maintain High-Quality Standards: Establish and uphold quality control processes that support program and service excellence.
- Facility Management: Ensure that all facilities are functional, safe, and support our mission with optimal efficiency.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Health, or Health Care Administration, master's degree is a plus
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience, specifically in the area of operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medicaid and third-party regulations, ICD-10 and CPT coding, medical billing, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Experience with federal and government grant reviews.
- Strong process improvement and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and technology systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- CHPC or CPHIMS certification or willingness to obtain certifications.
