The Operations Associate is essential to our store team, focusing on driving profitability and efficiency. This role collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate and complete tasks while providing valuable feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations to enhance store efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Support visual merchandising efforts to optimize product presentation.
• Provide feedback to improve operational processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
