Our client is on the hunt for an Operations Associate. If you are looking for an impactful role with the ability to learn in a fast-paced setting and wear many different hats, then this is the position for you!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$75k – $85k annually.
Position Overview:
The Operations Associate will support several departments on special projects and overall office operations.
Responsibilities of the Operations Associate:
- Assist with the preparation of investor reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support the preparation and distribution of newsletters and other communication materials.
- Organize and maintain corporate records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and training coordination.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Support cross-departmental projects as needed to improve efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications of the Operations Associate:
- 2-4+ years of office operations experience in a professional setting required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive problem solver with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
- Confidence to ask questions, seek clarification, and challenge assumptions.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
