Title: Operations Associate Analyst
Location: Bloomfield, CT, 06152(100% Onsite)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
Initial Assignment Length: 12 Months (Extension is possible based on performance, attendance, and business need)

Duties:

• Contributes to the Operations Management job family in a support capacity.
• Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
• Performs routine assignments and provides technical and/or operational support to projects and programs.
• Completes tasks related to shipping, Quality assessment and packing materials, and ensures all requests are timely and accurately distributed to correct colleagues.
• Ensure that production levels and targets are achieved, and effective processing controls are in place.
• Supervised by leadership but possesses ability to work under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.
• Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Business Management.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.
