Responsibilities
As a Permanent Operations Associate, you will:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
2. Coordinate and manage logistics for various events and programs.
3. Develop and maintain marketing materials to support our outreach efforts.
4. Manage and update our databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
5. Facilitate effective internal communication, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
6. Handle external communication, representing our organization in a professional and positive manner.
7. Oversee and manage a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
8. Utilize Salesforce to track and report on various operational metrics.
9. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Qualifications
To be considered for the role of Permanent Operations Associate, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a nonprofit organization.
2. Proven experience in administrative and logistical support.
3. Experience in creating and maintaining marketing materials.
4. Proficiency in database management.
5. Excellent internal and external communication skills.
6. Proven project management skills.
7. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
8. Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
9. A positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
10. A strong commitment to our organization's mission and values.
