Real Estate client in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Assistant to work onsite
Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Remote or In Office: In Office
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Job Title: Operations Assistant
Pay: $50k - $55k + benefits
Duration: Direct/Permanent Hire
Description: Responsible for assisting the Property Management Office and Field Team operations.
Responsibilities:
* Track and manage property vacancies and lease renewals
* Assist with rent increases, lease audits, and addendums
* Process notices and compliance-related documentation
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to tenant status and payments
* Support general administrative and operational needs of the department
* Coordinate and communicate with property managers and leasing agents
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Ability to handle multiple priorities with efficiency
* Experience in property management or administrative roles preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
