The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the company, with a focus on life insurance application processing. Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the processing and management of life insurance applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Liaising with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
- Managing and maintaining client records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection at all times.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Participating in operational projects and initiatives as required.
- Continually staying updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations role within the finance or insurance sector, with specific experience in life insurance application processing preferred.
- Understanding of financial and insurance regulations and standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
