Operations Analyst at LHH

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst with a minimum of 3 years in business and operations to support our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and improving processes.

Duties:

• Prepare documents, handouts, and presentations for meetings.
• File documents and maintain databases.
• Develop and implement administrative procedures.
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
• Manage team calendars and follow up on any concerns.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, data mining and extraction, and data manipulation.
• Individualize data, translate it into PowerPoint decks, and explain the data clearly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of business and operations experience.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong note-taking skills.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder interactions.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Employment Type: Contract
