At WECTEC Staffing Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, we recognize that our employees are our most valuable asset and we seek to identify, attract and recruit the most qualified talent while recognizing and encouraging the value of diversity in the global workplace. * Gathers and analyzes customer calls and various computer data to determine location and cause of power outages * Efficiently dispatches first response personnel and repair crews to provide quick and logical response to outages and emergency situations * Schedules and manages other non-emergency customer related work in a timely and cost-effective manner to ensure superior customer service * Accurately reports outages to customer's accounts * Accurately manages Estimated Restoration Times to customers * Provides accurate and timely information to customers, and first line resolution to customer complaints * Provides timely and accurate data for continual Service Reliability improvements Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience * High School Diploma / Equivalent * 1-5 years related experience * Call Center, Dispatch, Military and Utility Company background * Verbal & Written communication skills * Good computer skills & proficiency working in various software applications * Problem resolution & analytical thinking WECTEC Staffing Services provides customer-focused solutions with offerings ranging from high-volume and low-cost to specialized niche solutions, never compromising on delivering best-in-class customer service to both our clients and our employees each day.
