Responsibilities

•Oversee the reporting infrastructure responsible for recording and reconciling trades, positions and pnl, as well as managing premium and margin across the firm

•Work at the heart of the trading floor, engaging directly with the trading and technology teams

•Manage daily, intraday, and monthly clearing account and pnl reconciliations, addressing any discrepancies

•Proactively suggest and execute improvements in existing back office systems, infrastructure, and procedures

•Manage existing relationships and on boarding with external vendors, brokers, clearing firms, new exchange memberships

•Maintain firm compliance with regulatory, clearing, exchange rules, including trader and trading tag registration, monthly reports to exchange and regulatory agencies, etc.

•Document processes to ensure consistency and enhance knowledge sharing within the back office team
