Job Title: Operations Administrator
Fedcap, Inc. is seeking a full-time Operations Administrator for our TANF Workforce Development program in Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure program compliance.
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage resources effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Support program initiatives and assist in training staff.
- Facilitate communication between departments and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations or program management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
