Operations Administrative Assistant - Envolve

We are currently searching for a Operations Administrative Assistant.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, directing, and announcing them to the appropriate staff.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming calls including TTY calls.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries including maintaining courier logs.
• Meter outgoing mail on a daily basis and assist with bulk mail- outs.
• Order office supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings as requested.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Prepare and distribute internal and external reporting packages on weekly and as needed basis.
• Maintain continuous professional communication both internally as well as with clients.
• Perform other duties/special projects as assigned.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years of college in business or more preferred
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and MS Publisher.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

• Strong organizational and proofreading skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Must be able to manage confidential projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must have ability to work independently and as a member of the office team.
• Must be able to interact with others in a professional manner and handle any situation in a professional manner

Pay Range: $23.08-25.96
