Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of an Operational Technology Analyst for a contract position in Maple Grove, MN. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary: Analyzes, specifies, designs, documents, tests, and delivers operational technology systems and processes to meet manufacturing requirements.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Defines operational technology systems and operational technology processes by using appropriate methods and tools. Partnering with business and manufacturing customers to understand requirements.
- Guides implementation of operational technology systems and processes by creating and communicating well-written documentation and presentations.
- Support lifecycle management of manufacturing computer systems and work with manufacturing partners to identify retirement strategy.
- Developing and executing test specifications, and implementing project and quality plans, while working with quality assurance analysts to improve quality processes.
- Creates and provides training material for user assistance and system usage.
- Resolves issues related to manufacturing use of implemented systems or processes by working with systems or manufacturing owners to find acceptable solutions.
- Contributing to cyber security hardening initiatives.
- Support desktop and embedded system administration.
- May lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups. (Intermediate, Senior).
- May directly engage in software/application development
- In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
- For those individuals who supervise others, the following statements are applicable:
- Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the client's Quality Policy.
- Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
Qualifications
- 2 - 4 Years with BS; 0 - 2 Years with MS, 6 years equivalent experience
- IT/computer science experience!
- Experience in regulated industries.
- Windows OS administration experience
- Process and policy writing experience desired
- Acronis Cyber Protect Backup experience desired
- Medical device experience is desired but not required.

35 - 40 /hour
