About the Job
Maximus is currently hiring for an Operational Policies and Processes Analyst to support our Florida Healthy Kids team. This is a remote opportunity. The Operational Policies and Processes Analyst is responsible for creating, developing and analyzing documents and reports to ensure that productivity goals are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze trends, conduct time studies and create solutions to ensure processes are aligned to comply with client policy, and to meet or exceed contractual and internal performance standards and expectations.
- Document issues and performance measures, provide recommendations, create and implement strategies to ensure that productivity goals are met while containing costs.
- Create and/or maintain deliverable artifacts.
- Create sophisticated and comprehensive reports used to educate and assist site management and program client.
- Develop processes to build operational policies, procedures and/or user guides.
- Develop processes to conduct business process improvement projects.
- Analyze existing forms, reports and methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods.
- Analyzing forms, reports and trends to promote effective project operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Bachelors degree required, equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Florida residency highly preferred.
- Prior work experience with Florida Healthy Kids preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work Eastern Standard Time zone (EST) hours.
- Must be willing and able to travel for work up to 10% of the time.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
- Remote workers required internet speed policy: minimum download speed is 25 Mbps and 5 Mbps upload; Shared connection requirement is 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
