About the Job
The Operational Manager will be responsible for daily operations of our clinics and oversight of our medical assistant and radiology technician teams to ensure all expectations of quality care are being met in all centers. This position requires management experience, ability to problem solve, great time management skills, and the ability to lead large teams at multiple locations.

- Be available for management calls every Wednesday
- Help host Team Manager calls every Wednesday
- Manage team of Team Manager
- Manage call offs/floating in the morning
- Clinic Checks
- Camera Checks
- Manage nightly numbers/supplies posted
- Float between Indiana clinics to work one on one with staff and supervise clinic
- Analyze and synthesize various metrics for staff and clinics
- Discuss metrics with staff
- Provide education to staff
- Set up workshops with MA/RT for continued training
- Host Orientations every 2 weeks
- Interview shadows
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office/Google apps
- Resolve staff/clinic conflict/issues
- Be direct and transparent with staff/clinics
- Provide individualized coaching for staff
- Stay on top of Experity and Quest updates
- Cascade messages down to staff to ensure staff is current on policies and coding
- Audit charts for staff
- Review clinic rosters and make appropriate changes
- Review schedule and make necessary adjustments
- Manage shift while on staff and float staff as needed
- Set and reinforce expectations for staff
- Be available for staff questions
- Onesource resets/issues
- Carecredit resets/issues
- Help manage Improvement channels
- Able to work in all Illinois
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred, but not required.
- 3+ years supervisory and management experience.
