EDUCATION
+ Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
+ HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
+ BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
+ CST-Certified Surgical Technologist
+ NRP-Neonatal Resuscitation Provider preferred
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN
+ Surgical Technician training
+ Minimum five years experience in Surgical Services preferred
+ Experience in basic computer skills preferred
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
+ Knowledge of Aseptic techniqueSurgical scrub procedures, use of sterile technique, instruments, and setup procedures for the delivery/OR room
+ Knowledge of the anesthesia cart and equipment
+ OSHA Risk Category I(High Risk)
+ Assist with tilling, supporting, maneuvering, and adjusting the position of patients weighing over 200 pounds

Pay Range is $44.77 to $57.81 / hour
_The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
