Job Details
Nurse Manager - Operating Room
- Leading Trauma Center with more than 20 OR suites seeking Nurse Manager for Evenings (2pm-10pm)
- The Nurse Manager will work in collaboration with the Director of Perioperative Services to oversee staffing, budgets, policies & procedures, quality improvement, foster a positive work environment and drive positive change across the department
Qualifications:
- BSN Degree Required
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Qualified candidates will have 3 or more years progressive Supervisory / Management experience in the Operating Room
- Proactive and forward-thinking team leader
- TX RN license or ability to gain state licensure
- ANCC Certification
