Qualifications:
To be considered for this highly specialized role, you will need:
1. A Current RN License within the United States.
2. A minimum of 6 months of recent experience as an Operating Room Nurse, with specific experience in orthopedic surgery.
3. Advanced knowledge of surgical procedures, patient care, and medical protocols.
4. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operating Room Nurse to join our cutting-edge medical team. The successful candidate will be directly involved in orthopedic surgeries, working alongside some of the finest medical professionals in the industry.
Responsibilities:
As an Operating Room Nurse, you will be directly involved in the care of patients undergoing surgical procedures, with a particular focus on orthopedic surgery. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing the operating room for surgeries by setting up the surgical instruments and equipment, sterilizing tools, and ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
2. Assisting surgeons during surgery by passing instruments and other sterile supplies.
3. Evaluating the patient before, during, and after surgery to ensure appropriate care is provided at all times.
4. Monitoring patients' vital signs and maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
5. Collaborating with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
6. Providing education and support to patients and their families before and after surgery.
