The Operating Partner – Value Creation will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of the portfolio companies. This individual will focus on key operational areas, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Product Engineering, and Recruiting. The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving value creation across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with portfolio company leadership to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and operational excellence.
Marketing Optimization: Advise on the development of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Sales Enhancement: Work with sales teams to improve sales processes, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
Customer Success: Implement best practices to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Management: Guide product development initiatives to ensure alignment with market needs and business objectives.
Product Engineering: Support the enhancement of engineering practices to improve product quality and development efficiency.
Recruiting Excellence: Assist in building high-performing teams by refining recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in operational leadership roles, with a focus on value creation in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Product Engineering, and Recruiting.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving growth and operational improvements in multiple companies or business units.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior executives.
Analytical Aptitude: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business situations and develop effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environment.
