Project 1 :- Project Manager
Candidate will influence, trackand support projects through completing operational activities driven or supported by the Project Management Office. This role will collaborate with all end users to ensure projects standards are understood, projects are managedwithin the defined standards and project data is collectedand reported.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Provide input into the PMO process design improvements
• Handle multiple assignments in a fast-pacedenvironment with changing priorities
• Provide expertise and input relatedto project management standards
• Provide project status reports
• Generate defined metrics reports and required (cyclical) reports relatedto PMO
• Manage routine project management communication
• Collaborate with Business Process colleaguesto support comprehensive, cross-functional and timely project status review
• Complete projects and operational activitiesfor the PMO in the execution, coordination,
• management, anddelivery of the group's projects and goals.
• Provide any and all relevant onboarding and ongoing feedback to head of PMO
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education B.S. degree required, Master's or MBA preferred
SKILLS
• 10+ years' experience with at least 2 years pharmaceutical or biotechnology drug development
• or Medical Affairs experience
• Leading within matrix: Knowledgeable about how organizationswork; knows how to get things done both through formal channels and informal network. Ability to influence without formal authority and successfully navigate a matrix organization
• Entrepreneurial behavior (e.g. capable to creating outsizedvalue withlimited resources)
• Significant project management experience e.g. PMP Certification, Six Sigma Black Belt
• Experience in a client services organization; excellent writtenand verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook. Experience with MS Project preferred
• Excellent organizational and planning skills; able to drive complex organizational processes
• Demonstratedflexibility / ability to move seamlessly from one project to another

Project 2
Process Optimization Professional
Candidate is responsible for leading and driving key, cross-functional project teamsfocused on process improvement. She or he will be a resource for Worldwide Medical, as part of the Process and Operational Effectiveness team within Worldwide Medical Operations. The role will partner closely with process owners and business leaders to drive process improvement and operating model changes via various projects with emphasis on root cause analysis, solution ideation, design and execution to drive operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
Plan, design, and manage the execution of Medical Operations Processes that promote operational efficiencies and process improvements, while following appropriate process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma principles, DMAIC, etc.) to implement process improvements.
The Process Optimization expert must possess strategic vision, excellent communication skills, proven motivational capabilities, have an executive presence, and a demonstrated trackrecord of delivering results and achieving goals. These individuals will work closely with functional leaders within Medical at the global and regional level to alignon strategic priorities.
Competencies for this individual include:
This role requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of biopharma industry standards and practices and experience in Program Management. Candidatesalso must possess the ability to generate enthusiasm and followers, the ability to quickly gain trust and respect of peers and senior leadership, and a track record of successfully driving results through strong partnership with other functions and geographies.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years relevant work experience, such as project facilitation, and ideally in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Strong process management expertise (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred)
- Experience with tracking process performance, monitoring processes using dashboards and technologies preferred
- Experience with documentation standards and good documentation principles/best practices
- High attentionto detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities. Expectations of this role include leading and/or support multiple projects at one time
- Experience leading and influencing project teams through past successful implementation
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrated negotiationskills
- Enjoys learning new things and working on a variety of topics, with willingness to develop a specific business process excellence expertise as needed for a project
- Proven trackrecord of being flexible and helping manage change
