Onsite Staffing Supervisor at Onin Staffing

The Onsite Supervisor will work at our client's facility in Brookshire, Texas to oversee the staffing operation as a liaison between our client, our employees, and our servicing branch. This is a fulltime position working directly for Onin Staffing.

Position is fulltime, Monday through Friday, with variable hours, but 8:00 am to 5:00 pm is typical. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay and a monthly bonus. Weekly pay.

• Supervise check-in process

• Recruit to fulfill client needs

• Monitor attendance and take necessary action when needed

• Build strong relationships with client by understanding the business and staffing needs to create solutions

• Manage teammates through coaching, counseling, motivating, investigating and, when necessary, termination

• Respond to teammates in a timely manner

• Proactive thinker and clear communication with client, branch and teammates.

• Management in Manufacturing

• Must be fluent Bilingual English/Spanish

• Ability to work well alone and with a team with little to no supervision

• Ability to identify and execute appropriate actions to resolve issues

• Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines in a timely and professional manner accurately
