The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within manufacturing environments and proficiency in applicant tracking and HR management systems such as Workday, ADP, and SAP.
This role will play a critical part in sourcing top talent, building relationships, and supporting organizational growth by ensuring a seamless recruiting process.
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate 3rd party agency submittals, interview scheduling, and hiring process.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and industry networks.
- Invoice reconciliation as requested and required.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and enhance candidate experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of recruiting experience is mandatory, preferably within manufacturing or similar environments.
- Education: BA in a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday, ADP, and SAP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employment laws, and hiring best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
