We’re looking for an Onsite Marketing Developer to drive impactful A/B testing and web development projects. Reporting to our Marketing Technology Manager, you’ll be hands-on with both front-end and back-end development, working to optimize user engagement and improve testing processes.
What you will do…
Create and execute user experience A/B tests and implement winning cells of previous tests.
Front-end web development in support of test setup or modifications to existing tests.
Front-end web development for offer page single page application.
Back-end development for offer page stack
Audit tracking reports to ensure test data is clean and accurate.
Develop ways to improve A/B testing efficiency and reduce the error rate in the setup/launch process.
Work on other tasks relating to testing infrastructure and maintenance.
Who you are...
Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES5/ES6) with React or similar JS frameworks
Experience in Node.js is a plus
2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, experimentation, or prototyping environments
3+ years of experience in website development, with familiarity in application APIs and marketing tool implementation
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud applications (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager) and data integration tools like Adobe.io is a bonus
Strong organizational and communication skills for collaboration and project management
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

As a signatory of the ParityPledge in Support of Women and the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color, Ancestry values pay transparency and pay equity. We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $85,680 - $97,920 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision.
