Responsibilities
This position is not remote
Need for a detail-oriented Lifestyles Manager to identify, coordinate and market all resident programs and events to include recreational, social, travel, cultural, educational, and entertainment designed to enrich the quality-of-life residents of the community.
The Lifestyles Manager is primarily responsible for planning and executing small to large-scale resident and community-wide events. Responsibilities encompass event coordination from planning to execution, marketing, and promotions, & vendor and contract management.
- Supervision of other staff
- Knowledge and understanding of the budget
- Plan, coordinate and implement resident events and community-wide events.
- Vendor management skills to ensure excellent vendor partnership and relationship-building
- Secure all entertainment, food, decorations and items necessary to carryout the event/s
- Social committee liaison soliciting input and involvement from residents by attending committee meetings
- Assess the overall success of the event/s
- Additional duties assigned by the Director of Lifestyle and Communications and the Executive Director.
The candidate will be required to work an occasional/rotating weekend shift.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants are extremely client-focused and will display the following:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Strong time management skills,
- Ability to work independently or with a group,
- and ability to meet a high standard of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have two years of professional administrative experience planning events, and excellent computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Office, Adobe DC Pro
Pay and Benefits:
$50,000 to $55,000, depending on education and experience.
