Job Purpose/Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst (BA) with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on consulting with our internal business units and developing detailed requirements documentation. The Business Analyst will assist in identifying, planning, documenting, and supporting efficient business improvement initiatives. • Key Responsibilities Include:Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with internal teams to capture detailed business requirements using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA. Ensure requirements are well-documented, validated, and communicated effectively.
• Wireframes and Mockups: Create visual aids such as wireframes and mockups using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, AI or MS Visio to help stakeholders visualize project requirements.
• Support Project Management: Assist the Project Manager in coordinating activities, tracking tasks, and managing project progress to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, build positive relationships, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Product Support and Upkeep: Assist with defect intake, tracking the resolution process, and maintaining product quality throughout its lifecycle.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to help document business vision, objectives, features, and integration points throughout the product lifecycle.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Data Analysis: Conduct basic data analysis to evaluate the potential impact of proposed business solutions.
• Transition Management: Support business users transitioning to new processes or systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Strong Documentation Skills: Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and functional specifications using tools such as MS Office, Confluence, or similar.
• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication; able to convey information in a clear, concise manner.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: Willingness to assist in solving issues and taking initiative.
• Growth Mindset: Enthusiasm for learning, growing into the role, and expanding knowledge over time.
• Nice-to-Have/Preferred Skills:Experience with SQL, data modeling, or business process mapping.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with creating wireframes or user journeys using Figma or similar tools.
