PRIMARY ROLE
Position Summary
As the Online Retail Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving Woodgrain’s online strategy, ensuring our products are effectively presented and optimized across retailer platforms, with a primary focus on Lowe’s. You will oversee digital assets, collaborate with online merchants, and manage digital catalogs to support our online configurators. Working closely with the National Account Team, you will ensure alignment of online strategies with Woodgrain’s overall vision and goals.
JOB EXPECTATIONS
Main Responsibilities and Essential Tasks:
- Define and implement Woodgrain’s online strategy to enhance product presentation and optimize visibility on retailer platforms like Lowe’s.
- Oversee the management and upload of digital assets to retailer platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Engage with Lowe’s online merchants to identify and execute new initiatives aimed at driving .com sales growth.
- Manage and maintain digital catalogs that support online configurators, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and user-friendliness.
- Collaborate with the National Account Team to ensure seamless alignment between online initiatives and broader business objectives.
- Analyze online performance metrics to refine strategies and support continued sales growth.
- Lead internal and external meetings, clearly communicating objectives and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce account management or digital marketing.
- Experience with retailer platforms like Lowe’s IMS or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the building materials industry or retail channel marketing is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong ability to navigate web-based software and manage digital assets.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and clearly articulate objectives to clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to establish and build trust-based relationships with retail merchants.
- Marketing mindset with a focus on enriching online content to drive sales growth.
- Analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize e-commerce performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and tools like Google Analytics or CRM platforms.
