Role Overview
As a Senior Online Media Planner / Buyer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our agency and its esteemed media clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks, from strategizing and planning to executing and analyzing online display and occasional offline media campaigns. You'll be instrumental in developing innovative media plans that align with client objectives while staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.
Responsibilities
Drive the success of digital campaigns based on established metrics and client objectives.
Oversee all aspects of online and occasional offline media, including strategy development, planning, buying, management, and analysis.
Collaborate on budget allocations and strategic media mix scenarios to deliver effective media plans and reporting.
Manage budgets, insertion orders, cancellations, and invoices with meticulous attention to detail.
Present strategies, plans, and results to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
Stay informed about emerging media and online marketing trends, sharing insights with clients and colleagues.
Assist in developing industry insights to keep clients informed of media landscape shifts.
Prioritize client and internal requests promptly and efficiently.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Contribute ideas for enhancing agency processes and products to better serve our clients' media needs.
Requirements
3-4 years of media and agency experience.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
Experience with banner servers such as Doubleclick and Google Campaign Manager.
Familiarity with DSPs, networks, and negotiated direct site buys.
