About The Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage care for assigned patients, documenting responses and updating treatment plans.
- Assist physicians during exams, procedures, and treatments.
- Monitor patient vitals and intervene as needed.
- Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products.
- Communicate care plans and hospital procedures to patients and families.
- Refer patient needs to appropriate personnel and delegate tasks to support staff.

Required Skills & Experience:
-1 year of experience.
-Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures.
-Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques.
-Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
