The Nursing Division Shift Supervisor provides leadership and support for nursing operations during off-shifts, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial stewardship under the Nursing Director's guidance.

• Plans, organizes, and monitors care processes on nursing units.
• Collaborates with staff to assess challenges and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensures nursing quality and compliance with care measures.
• Interprets and enforces hospital policies and state codes.
• Manages patient flow and addresses patient and visitor concerns.
• Supervises nursing team members during designated shifts.

Qualifications:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Virginia required.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience, with one year in a leadership role.

Full-time position with 12-hour night shifts, offering various benefits and requiring relocation to Richmond, VA.
