POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Onboarding & Verification Specialist you will be responsible for onboarding new caregivers to join Alvita Care.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Onboarding & Verification Specialist you will be responsible for onboarding new caregivers to join Alvita Care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and verify documents received from caregivers
- Call caregivers to collect documents and conduct follow-ups as needed
- Input and maintain caregiver roster and data in compliance with government regulations
- Perform I-9 verifications, schedule annual physical appointments, and conduct other onboarding activities
- Collaborate with talent acquisition team to manage onboarding pipeline, improve onboarding conversion, and meet recruitment quotas
- Your performance will be evaluated on the speed and accuracy in which you can onboard new caregivers
- Must be willing to work out of our office in Hauppauge, NY for 8 hours per day Mon-Fri
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of work experience; experience in HR, compliance, verification, or credentialing preferred
- Highly organized and extremely detailed oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities to handle a high volume of new hires
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and have an ownership mentality
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and internet resources
