Position Summary:
Command Cyber Solutions (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified Onboarding Lead Project Manager to support our client located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah (HAFB).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• The Onboarding Lead Project Manager (OPjM Lead), in conjunction with the Hill CEDC Business Office Lead, duties shall include but are not limited to: coordinate requests for new hosting in the Hill CEDC, coordinate new and current customer processes during application modernization to a return to sustainment.
• The OPjM Lead shall have and maintain PMP-c and SCRUM Master certifications.
• The OPjM Lead shall coordinate tickets related to onboarding from assignment to completion in the official government ticketing system.
• The OPjM Lead shall attend all Onboarding and Business Office related meetings, to include establishing Hill CEDC acquisition review meetings for CDD, PDR, CDR, and TRB.
• The OPjM shall prepare all documentation in support of broader 75 ABW/SC reviews for RRB and CAB.
• The contractor shall utilize Hill CEDC GPM approved Agile Project Management methodologies in project execution based on a defined project WBS diagram, project plan and schedule.
• The OPjM Lead shall support all other pillars with input to their initiated projects to ensure that all tasks performed are identified, documented, and estimated for work efforts in the IMP/IMS.
• The OPjM provides contractor oversight of contractor activities related to: budgeting, abbreviated acquisition processes (E.g., capability recommendations, preliminary and critical design reviews, IOC/FOC recommendations), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation and maintenance, to include regularly occurring Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
Education, Certification & Experience Requirements
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT related field or equivalent professional experience
• Must possess Active Secret
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION (only one required):
• PMP-c
• SCRUM Master
