WHO are we looking for?
The CAPTRUST Human Resources department is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to support our HR Operations team. The Onboarding Associate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires, including coordination and execution of onboarding schedules, ensuring compliance with policies and state regulations, and additional support to the Human Resources team. This role will support the success of new employees while they integrate into our organization.
Responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for new employees
- Act as a liaison between new hires, HR, IT, Compliance, and hiring managers
- Coordinating scheduling and agendas including calendar management and travel coordination
- Assist with completion of I-9 employment eligibility verifications for all hires
- Responsible for employment agreement creation and relationship with legal department to ensure local and state regulations
- Proofread documents and correspondence to candidates and colleagues
- Answer/route phone calls and greet and tour visitors
- Schedule human resource trainings
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and administrative duties as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience in Human Resources, Customer Service or other Administrative Support roles
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
