Position DescriptionThe Public Safety Delivery Center (PSDC) require the services of a Hyland OnBaseSystems Administrator to support an OnBase implementation. The administratorserves as the principal point of contact for all application software, databaseand hardware that supports the OnBase solution, including planning for andexecuting software and hardware upgrades. The administrator provides dailyapplication administration, monitoring and maintenance support of the OnBaseproduct and the supporting infrastructure. This position assists staff with thedesign, development and implementation of efficient electronic businessprocesses to eliminate paper records and maintains existing and develops newOnBase solutions in support of these processes. This position also performsplanned maintenance and emergency support during non-business hours.Tasks1. Provide technical support to end users in a timely fashion2. Work as a team member with additional System Administrators, Project Manager,Business Analysts, and other roles within the Bureau of Information Technology3. Prioritize daily tasks, live production issues, projects, and customersupport4. Review current processes, hardware, and software to ensure resources arefunctionally properly and efficiently. Validate technical specifications andinfrastructure requirements.5. Assist with planning, setup and configuration of the infrastructurearchitecture, server hardware and operating systems as required6. Review available software maintenance/upgrades, plan for and perform softwaremaintenance and upgrades as required during scheduled, off-hours maintenancewindows7. Design, develop, test, and migrate new project solutions or enhancements toexisting solutions across SIT, UAT, Production environments8. Document, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve defects9. Respond to and resolve issues reported during normal business operationalhours and off-hours10. Monitor operations and capacity to ensure optimum performance11. Create documentation of system changes or existing processes and distributeto appropriate parties12. Work with DOC/PBPP OnBase Support Vendor (currently Keymark) for technicalsupport as needed13. Assist with discovery and documentation of business requirements for newOnBase solutions14. Assist with training identified subject matter experts15. Communicate system downtime and project deployments with business owners andend users16. Understand, maintain and enhance external integrations within OnBase
