Duration of Job: 14 Months; temporary position with potential for permanent employment as other contracts are being negotiated.

Summary
We are a leading industrial construction company seeking a highly organized and dedicated On-Site Office Administrator to join our team. This role will be based on location in Mount Pleasant, WI and will be essential in supporting project management and office tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

•  Manage all administrative tasks including document control, filing, and data entry.
• Assist project managers in scheduling and coordinating meeting, preparing agendas, etc.
• Handle correspondence
• Maintain project documents with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring all documents are stored and easily accessible.
• Track and manage inventory of office supplies, ensuring the job trailer is well-stocked and organized.
• Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
• Support project team in compliance with safety protocols and administrative procedures.
• Facilitate communication across project teams and departments to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an administrator, office assistant, or similar role, preferable in a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with construction industry practices and project management software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in administrative services or project management is preferred.

Compensation details: 20-26 Hourly Wage
