On-Site Leasing Position - Nancy Packes, Inc.

Nancy Packes, Inc., one of New York City's leading residential new development leasing and marketing brokers is seeking an experienced leasing agent for a Manhattan new development lease-up starting early spring 2025. Candidate should have prior New York City on-site leasing experience in the context of an initial lease-up. Candidate must be a licensed New York State real estate agent with relevant experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling customer appointments
• Touring Customers
• Sending out and processing applications
• Processing and closing leases

The position is a five day a-week position with base salary and incentive. The team will work on-site and will be wholly dedicated to the lease-up of this development.
