We are currently seeking to expand our Customer Service team and are looking for someone to fill the entry level position of our On-site Customer Service Associate.
On-site Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Follow up directly with specific client customers to establish lasting relationships
- Be able to answer any customer questions and recommend products and services that may be of interest
- Receive daily training to stay up to speed with client products, promotions, and goals
- Cross-train with the marketing and sales teams to become well-versed in all fields to be able to grow and take on leadership roles
- Close sales when necessary, making sure to keep a detailed record of all customer communications
On-site Customer Service Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
- Proficient communication skills
- Must be open to learning new skills
- Ability to work in a cohesive team environment
